For along time now I have loved the Steve Miller band and this album has a ton of his very greatest songs and hits. songs like Jungle Love and Jet Airliner are incredbile classic rock songs as well as some of millers best songs. Greatest Hits 1974-1978 is an excellent album.

Great album. Not one weak song at all, with the exception of Threshold which is more of an introduction to Jet Airliner, one of my favorites. Everyone knows the classics like Rock N Me, The Joker, Jungle Love, and Fly Like An Eagle, but there are many other great tracks on here. The Stake, Serenade, and Winter Time also serve as awesome songs that may not be quite as popular as the heavyweights.

THis album really collects some awsome songs. There isn't one filler up and down the tracklist. He mixes blues with strait rock. The only song that I can't say that I like is Dance, Dance, Dance. It is a bit country and I'm just not a fan.
