Same with most tech death: it has great riffs and technicity, and some moments are really cool (the intro to 3 for instance), but there are lots of elements that are utterly non bedexcore, namely multiple corey voices, shreddy solos, and imo a lack of atmosphere that unlike with other bands/genres isn't made up for by the technicity or riffs. It was fine as background to stay awake while working but to me after a track or two it all becomes a blur of music I can appreciate once but have very little intention to check again. 2.8

Derivative as all hell, but also fantastic. The grooves, melodies and virtuosic playing along with the amazing compositions have little to no mistakes in-and-of themselves. The issue is they are a bit repetitive and take too much influence from what?s already been done. Still great. Noodly walking bass, melodic harmonised guitars and jazzy while also crushing drumming.

This May not stack up to the likes of Beyond Creation's "The Aura," but it is nearly perfect in its execution. The songs are pretty progressive, so it may take a few listens of each track to appreciate what is happening.
