I actually quite like Bluebird....But besides that, all the other songs are fantastic. They rreally know how to make the acoustic guitar sound good with the style of music.

even if I dislike 'bluebird' and 'spring' a little, 'summer', 'fall' and 'winter' are far too epic to get a 4 denied. an interesting and charming listen.

Basically la dispute unplugged. The band struggles with song structure a bit, having some rather good ideas, but scattered through messes of songs. Bluebird is atrocious, while Fall is easily the best song overall. Potential is there, but they need to shelve the overbearing la dispute influence.

For some reason I seem to accumulate an excess of bandcamp emo on my iPod, even when I am not necessarily an emo lover. While this is great emo, I think it's my recent excess of the genre that's making me not love this. 2.8/5
