Frenzal just keep getting better with age. Same old formula here for Frenzal but much more polished and clean production. No filler. Possibly my favourite album of theirs yet.

I've been listening to Frenzal Rhomb forever, but amazingly I think this newest one is my favorite album of theirs. I think they've always been pretty underrated, I mean they probably get more credit in Australia than they do here, but yeah there is no track worth skipping on here. I think that 'Shut Your Mouth' and 'Sans Souci' had obvious filler, then 'Forever Malcolm Young' was tremendously more consistent but still with tracks I don't listen to. But this really is their most solid album, no question.

A mixed bag of cheeky lyrics and sometimes decent instrumentation, but often falling into a very bland unexciting pit with obnoxious vocals (par for the course) and song-writing so samey, I keep forgetting which song is which. In the end barely 30 minutes feel like forever. Credit where it's due, the band can pull off a great song and killer instrumentation (their drummer and bass player often carry the weight), but it's always one in five or so.
