Marmozets - still without a member over the age of 20 - so succinctly combine pan-instrumental technical excellence with an impressively versatile female vocal that utterly demands your attention. 'The Perfect Beverage' and 'Lives' are nothing short of excellent, and you'd be forgiven for thinking that the output comes from a band far more advanced in years and extensive in back-catalougue. This five-track EP blast carries a fine balance of the best elements of melodic rock and math-y British hardcore, and there's little doubt that there are big things coming the band's way in the very near future.
