This started off as a side project by the vocalist of the Crimson Armada, whose goal was to great "medicore, generic bullshit." Yet this is better than the original Guardians, much more technical, and so fast that my guitar-playing hand hurts just listening to it. Saud's multi-range vocals are back in full force here, which is sure to make old Crimson Armada fans very happy. What's funny is that Saud tried to make this sound like old Crimson Armada, yet it ends up sounding a lot like Salt The Wound's latest album Kill the Crown. If you like old Crimson Armada and can look past the nonsensical song titles (Fap fap, Uber Douche, etc.), you're sure to enjoy this one.
