They thrash with both direction and magnitude. Oh yeah.

Enjoyable piece of modern thrash but the band will need a new vocalist to take the next step forward.

Last year we got Journal's Unlorja. This year we get Vektor's Outer Isolation. I love these epic fantastical metal masterpieces so damn much. I like where this is heading. Might go up to 5 once I further comprehend the epicness.

Vektor are inkredible. Future science and tekhnology and metal.

The production really turns me off on this one. Otherwise, it's just insane.

A convincing case could be made that Vektor are the best new-school thrash metal band

Atmospheric, brutal, and intense, Outer Isolation is one of the very best New Wave of Thrash Metal releases.

holy shit

I agree, best thing to come out since Unlorja. Outer Isolation's lyrics are amazing. They describe in full detail a futuristic dystopian society. The song structure plus the dwelling into the weaknesses of humanity, are reminiscent of DEATH when they were in their prime.

Vektor is once again great in their new album that features new material and remakes of old songs off their LP Demolition.

0.0 CrimsonFloyd | November 23rd 11

This is a really great album, they cleaned up their song writing and skimmed down on the attempts at being epic. They got a giant leap closer to Voivod however, and this is one reason why they are not a progressive band. I will listen a bit more before rating.

Sometimes this sounds like a video game with harsh vocals
