Less Than Jake, one of my all time favourite ska bands, whatever happened to them? Well, being a ska band, they sure don't put the horn section to much use anymore. I loved old Less Than Jake, I really mean that. Now they've just turned into a generic Pop-Punk band with the occasional horn interlude. People say I have to accept them as a Pop-Punk band now, but after years of the ska, I just can't let that go.

I'm not gonna lie, I really like their new sound. Anthem and In with the Out Crowd are great albums. B is for B sides wasn't as good but I think that's because it was so short. They've got a new sound but they still play their old stuff so it's great.

This is a different Less than Jake from what we used to know. Less than Jake aren't bad , they just aren't good anymore. Which puts them inbetween as average. It is very sad to see a good Ska band turn to pop, they have lost many old fans and I can't see them winning many new ones with this current sound.
