This album is pretty much abysmal, a stain on humanity, and is a suitable monument to the day I
emerged into the world. Cheesy, obnoxious and really fucking boring - it captures all the main
traits of my personality. Thank you Journey for setting me off on this, ahem, journey we call life
with such an awesome soundtrack.

Haters gonna hate. I think Journey's absolute best song is "Just The Same Way," which has Gregg Rolie and Steve Perry trading off lead vocals. Other standouts would be "Lovin' Touchin' Squeezin," "City Of The Angels," and "Sweet And Simple," where Perry is an absolute animal on vocals. It always bothered me, though, how "Do You Recall" obviously rips off the chord progression of "Baba O'Riley."

The progress since their previous work is obvious. This album may not include a major well-known hit, however the majority of the songs are nice and interesting. Perry shares some vocals with Gregg Rolie (keyboards), however the former's impact on the lyrics is obvious. Most notable tracks are the bluesy "Lovin', Touchin', Squeezin" and the groovy "Lovin' You is Easy". Other noticeable tracks are "City of Angel", "Just The Same Way" and "Do You Recall"
