The new songs are solid, especially From Shapeless To Breakable which is a fantastic track. I like that they are trying some new things. The covers are awesome and are well done. The 40 second ones are just filler and could have been left off. Also the rerecording of Beneath the encasing of ashes is great, Tim's voice has gotten SO much better and it shows. The remixes are absolute shit and were probably made to appease the teen fanbase that's obsessed with dubstep.

The first 3 tracks are good, especially "Paralyzed". The Covers are ok, i guess, but the remixes annoy the sh*t out of me...

While the first half of this EP is pretty solid, with three new tracks, three covers, and a newly recorded medlely, the quality makes a hard 180? turn when it comes to the remixes. As much as I love electronic music, it just doesn't go together well with metalcore. The first remix of Confined is still bearable, the rest should have been dumped.

Decas fails to measure up to the strong standard set by the band's previous work, instead relying on cheap gimmicks and even including dubstep remixes, while Paralyzed is an obvious exception, and the sheer speed of AILD is noticeable as predicted, this doesn't help to differentiate from any other generic metalcore release.

Paralyzed was Ok. Shapeless to breakable was better. Moving Forwards wasn't. The covers I didn't like but were done well and the remixes were arse... If it was a 3 track EP with the first two tracks and the Beneath the Encasing of Ashes track then I would have enjoyed this a lot more.
