This album is a great underground cult classic. It's the best TypO CD you can buy. Nearly all of the songs are great (minus the fillers). If you like the other TypO Albums, this is a must buy.

This CD is amazing, worth owning just for "Black No. 1" and "We Hate Everyone." Peter Steele's vocals are insane and the guitars and percussion really shine.

A girl cums, then first 2 tracks in and I thought "this is dogshit" then started to get all those different vibes and influences track to track...from Doom to punk to industrial and yeah gothic...really amusing.

Type O Negative is unique for me in that I love the aesthetic, the ideas, the vocals... pretty much everything except the songwriting. On this CD, the songs are unanimously too long. The drumming is quite dull too.

Not a real fan of the whole "goth rock" type of thing, most of the bands try to be too brooding for their own good, but occasionally there comes a band within the genre that manages to make good music. Type O Negative is like the father of all of those bands, every song manages to be catchy, dark, while all the while making it seem like actual adults and not a bunch of dudes wearing "guyliner". This is arguably the group's finest album, it's full of catchy hooks reminiscent of Danzig. An awesome album, that's worth your attention.
