Exciting and original: this is a typical Norwegian (somewhat standard) BM album with an interesting production. The theatrical and passionate vocals are the most original element in the package, which clearly stood out and I loved it. The additional chain sounds (for real) were pretty bizarre first, but it brought a very interesting element in to the album's overall sound. Not a revolutionary release, but the result is fairly memorable, a very enjoyable black metal record.

perfectly enjoyable black metal with intense vocals. wish they threw a few curve balls though, as the songs kind of blend into each other. it almost seems like the entire album is played at the same tempo.

Probably one of the best Black Metal albums I`ve ever heard! Creative riffs, cold atmosphere and crushing vocals. Too bad that this band don`t exist anymore.
