Awesome idea and album. I think this is the first solo bass album I have ever heard.

Evan Brewer is an excellent bass player, and it really shows on this collection of compositions. There are definitely a ton of interesting ideas on the record! However, unless you are some sort of aficionado of the bass guitar, you probably won't be coming back to this that often after hearing it initially.

I know its a solo album but at least add more instruments other than your bass. Each song is around 3 mins (10 songs) so you can practically stream half of the damn album on iTunes if you haven't decided whether to buy it or not.

Actually bought this so hopefullllllllllllllllllllllllly it doesn't disappoint me
Theres some good ideas but they rarely get finished. Maybe it'll grow on me, still a solid
release though
