| 3.6 great | Erwann S. EMERITUS | March 17th 22 | While the NASA mixtape was all about spacepartytime, Blvcklvnd dives into much darker territories and further cements SpaceGhostPurrp's place within the 2010s Memphis Rap scene - yeah I know he's Floridian but c'mon this is Memphis shit. It's mostly lethargic yet full of braggadocio energy, with a fucked up production and bizarrely funny samples that together form a hypnotically nocturnal vibe.

| 3.5 great | https://www.last.fm/user/drink_isaac | February 1st 20 | While there is filler padded throughout the tape, each song fits in the tape, even if some of them could've been taken out easily to make the tape much more better. The atrocious mixing, lack of samples, and pretty cheap sounding production really helps make this tape a weird and deranged high that's an one of a kind experience. Take out a few tacks and this could easily be bumped up to an 4.0/5.0.

| 3.5 great | ZGP1992 | October 13th 12 | A great tape, full of spacy intoxicating beats and Purrps chant-like relaxed flow sounds sinister and compelling, even though he isnt much of a lyricist. The only complaint i can give is that Blackland has too much filler but none of the tracks are actually bad. And the lofi works most of the time but the volume mixing is uneven. One track will be lofi and then the next song will be loud as fuck. But it makes for a nice homemade feel and altogether this is great stuff

| 0.0 | gabethepiratesquid | November 15th 11 | This album made me think of Memphis (Koopsta Knicca defs), swagger, Satan, and purple drank. Great lo-fi beats with obvious 90's Southern influence and sometimes it feels even more like a swirling sizzurp sickness than the first tape, though this has too many annoying songs and moments to be considered as great as it could've been. Love the chopped and screwed love in this, though, where the rap with slow down and skip everywhere without warning. This guy makes a nice screw in his other tapes. Basically this is a big hit-and-miss. Some tracks are the dopest he's ever done, some are just a chore to listen through (even on drugs). I'd recommend downloading this and deleting the shitty songs because the good songs are GOOD.
