One of the biggest surprises of the year, so far. Justin Pierre, of Motion City Soundtrack fame, makes an indie rock album that is surprisingly good. The tandem male to female vocals work surprisingly well. This sounds like it should have came out of the 1995 underground scene. There is obvious inspiration of the Pixies, Flaming Lips, and Pavement.
