Before you say "Oh no! a 4 for Hollywood Undead! Kill it with fire!" let me tell you, that Hollywood Undead shows their serious side here again, but with better songwriting, and better meaning in these four songs. "Pain" is one highlight, describing how we should see the pain in refugees in other countries and the terrible things they go through. "Knife Called Lust" describes lust as a knife, as the title says. Friends can betray friends, "everyone sins and it all begins, it goes back around no body ever wins and you stab yourself in the back..." Describes one hurting himself because of lust. One does not "win" from lust, they just lose. "The loss" is a dark track, about one losing someone and describing "why do i cut myself?" Deep, but why do people cut themselves? Because it feels good? Such questions.... "The Natives" is a generally fun track to listen to, being the only fun song out of the 3 serious ones. Generally, if Hollywood Undead wrote more like this, they would be more successful with their songwriting.
