Apocalyptic piece of HXC-Thrash crossover, going further exploring metalcore and continuing the doom they found in the previous album. This "goodbye album" is full of features and its clearly divided in two parts - the first clearly thrash-HC-metalcore and the second more doomy and introspective. The apocalyptic and psych vibes are all around the album as well. I have to mention the dude's vocal originality and filthiness too. Its brilliant, its a bummer they ended and more people should check Pulling Teeth! Hey old maaaaaaaaaaahhhhn....Are you better off naaaaaaaaaaaoooooow?

Without any doubt the best album I've heard to date. Love both the lyrics and music. For me hardcore still has to be about something else than just a breakdown.

First half is crossover thrash, second half is sludge metal. And, no, it's not My War. The stylistic change at the record's midpoint brings an evil twist to the povnding hardcore witnessed during the first half, like a slow descent into Hell. They slightly lost me at some points, but the sheer intensity displayed here is enough to make this record stand out.
