One of the most exciting albums I've listened to in a while. There's something invigorating and also at times flat out creepy (It's his voice you are listening to!) with some off the effects found on ISAM. Probably Tobin's best work, despite being wildly different sounding from anything else he's ever done. 2 Bumps \| Bump
