Not many albums are able to do to me what this masterpiece has done for me in the past 24 hours. Scratch that. No album has ever had this effect on me. Ever. rAfter only one listen, I'm transported off into a world where only brains and bubbles exist. A truly surreal experience that can only be delivered through the medium of music (and/or drugs) which I have never had the pleasure of witnessing before.rHonestly words cannot describe the sheer epicness of this album. Need I say more... Album of the millenium, and we're only 11 years into itr

I was just a small boy when I went to see Vladimir's psychic stage show, but I still remember
it very clearly to this date. The look of distress on his face as he fled the stage in tears
still haunts me to this day. I am so glad he decided to convey that emotion in musical form,
as the result is quite spectacular. When I listen, I see his father's face, I feel his
betrayal. The lack of lyrics on this album adds a whole other layer, it didn't need them, the
sonic frequencies alone will imprint his pain into your eardrums until the day you day you
die. I WILL NEVER BE THE SAME.

Picture an album that combines the song lengths and heavy/soft transitions of an Opeth record, the technical proficiency of Between the Buried and Me, the lyrical style of Brand New, and the nostalgia of Third Eye Blind. Picture a vocalist that sounds like a mix between Bruce Dickinson and that dude from Periphery. Imagine guitar solos more epic than Free Bird closing every song. Then imagine this album was covered live by Metallica in between songs from Death Magnetic. That, my friends, is what Brain Bubbles sounds like.

Forget any misconceptions you may have about this album. Leave them at the door and allow Teeheehee Rainbow Stab take you on a journey; a journey that not only reveals the album's true nature, but also teaches you things about yourself you never knew. The cover's subtly manic appeal juxtaposes perfectly against the soothing aural pleasure that awaits you. The name itself is full of wonder and mystery, of a time and place where juvenile whimsy is commonplace and where dreams come true to give breath to your every thought. Where the world fits, and where love abounds in even the shadows.rIn short, don't believe the hype. The hype will never measure up to the amount of praise Brain Bubbles is due. Instead, with an open mind, press play and receive something that even the albums grandest in scope never achieve: a majestic adventure. Eat your heart out, Tolkien.

Such a beautiful and lush creation as this can only be described one way: album of the decade.

This is our generation's Red Headed Stranger, Revolver, and A Night At The Opera, only far more memorable and well-written than any of the comparisons. Brain Bubbles is a masterpiece and possibly centuries ahead of its time. It puts Mozart, Beethoven, and Bach all to complete and utter shame. This is a must have and will surely be AOTY (yes, even ahead of Defeater and Manchester Orchestra).
