gots girl n i ran cover is a perfect 5 but not part of the orig album so it doesnt count. tracks up to surf colorado decent but after that just plummets into generic dross

You're not exactly gonna find too much substance in this record, but with the amount of fun you'll have you won't care. Bowling for Soup succeeds in what they set out to do: create funny music that is also extremely catchy. ButtsZ!

Combine Green Day with Blink-182, Sum 41 and Weezer and you get Bowling for Soup's Drunk Enough to Dance album. Being how this is a bit generic for pop punk, at least Drunk Enough to Dance competent and I do like songs from here like "Greatest Day" which I think is pretty original. Then There's "Punk Rock 101" which kind of sounds like it should have been from Blink-182 but it's still a great song. There is a lot of songs on here that were heavily influenced by Green Day, Blink-182 and Sum 41 and maybe a bit Weezer and it's sort of a hit and miss for me. I still don't understand why "Girl All The Bad Guys Want" got a nomination at the Grammy's in 2002. Overall, it wasn't time wasn't time wasted and I slightly enjoyed this album.
