Nothing more to say than frankly amazing. While Seasons in Verse was tedious (except for certain songs; i.e. Thistly Corner of the Forest, Seasons in Verse, Old Capitals, etc.), Nelson and Horbal really stepped up on this album, refining their technique to unimaginable extent for local musicians, while drummers Huck and Buttery and bassist Teti stayed consistent. Meanwhile, new bassist Cohen displayed great skill in blending well with such Talent. Vocals are better, guitar is better, lyrics are better; things are just better.
