Strong rhythmic guitar, mellifluous riffs and powerful drum beats makes for a generally 'fun' metalcore album.
The naturally raspy vocalist give rise to few clean vocal lines that sound like harsh vocals. The vocals are mainly emotional (read: angry) shouts, with a good deal of pitch variety from low (almost) growls to higher pitched rasps. Can sound quite melodic especially during choruses.
Strong rhythm guitars drive the songs with compelling strums (not of the chugga-chugga affair) and frequent tremolo sweeps. Catch lead guitar melodies are scattered across songs at about the right distance apart and effectively supplement the already memorable vocal performance.
However, the album is longer than it needs to be, with filler material and poorly written songs. Personally, I believe some songs are obsolete to the better ones, decrease the overall enjoyability of the album (press the delete button for those).
