A rare slightly nauseating moment from the band in their prime begins Poguetry in Motion with the peppy London Girl, but that can't detract too much from the fact that the following two, the sultry, reflective Rainy Night in Soho and the rambunctious Body of an American are two of the finest songs certainly made by the Pogues, if not almost everyone else too. Planxty Noel Hill is a superb little instrumental to close things off with a drunken party atmosphere. Quality stuff.
