I think this is one of the very best Death/Thrash albums ever made and is criminally underrated. I've heard and own a fair share of thrash albums, death metal albums and death/thrash albums and I personally put this in top 5 greatest ever along with "Spectrum Of Death," "Epidemic Of Violence," "Retribution," and "Slaughter In The Vatican." I think a lot of people either don't give this album it's proper dues because it's not as well known as other albums and/or because Epidemic only made 1 more album and it was a huge step down from this, which I completely understand. But to judge/rate this based on its own merits is what you have to do and this album is a perfect blend of thrashy catchy riffs, great solos, great drumming, awesome vocals, memorable songs and tons of atmosphere which to me puts it among the elite when all the areas are greatly aligned.
