Dead New World is definitely a splitter for fans of Ill Nino. Some hate it, some love it. Personally, I think it's f**king amazing! But that's just my opinion. I can see how some could not like this album, as it's definitely a style change for the band. I believe it's more opinion based for people (a.k.a. do you prefer Revolution Revolucion era). Nevertheless, I believe Ill Nino has matured and it shows in Dead New World. I constantly find tracks from this album stuck in my head, and I always find myself listening to songs off this album. Dead New World (IMO) contains some of Ill Nino's best tracks, such as "Ritual", "God is for the Dead", "Killing You, Killing Me" and "If You Were Me". Again, this is just my opinion, and I can see how some could dislike the style change Ill Nino is going through.

Lyrics are totally uncreative and vocals are just ok, which makes the album uninteresting,
only being saved by the percurssion and guitars in some parts, as there are some good solos
and melodies sometimes.

This album is brutal, beautiful and just plain amazing. Better than expected, Though Enigma was better in the fact they explored their latin roots, this album takes them back to where they belong. A very very heavy metal band!!!!!!
