| 4.0 excellent | StrizzMatik | September 4th 10 | Jesus the beats on this album are so good. Rolling Papers is about exactly what you know it's about, and in that sense and how it works in conjunction with said theme, it's fucking great. Domo may not be pound-for-pound as exciting lyrically as Tyler, Earl, and Hodgy Beats in the Odd Future crew, but his flow is nevertheless confident, clever and has more swagger than most "veteran" rappers in the game right now. The title track is pure earsex, showcasing a lot of the album's reliance on Tyler The Creator and Left Brain's amazing production job, while lyrically it's much more accessible and far less offensive than much of OF's work. "Rolling Papers", "Clear Eyes", "SteamRoller", "Domier", and "Supermarket" (check out the hilarious lyrical battle, grade-A stuff) all make this worth a listen. And it's free (I know a good use for that $20...).
Swag.

| 3.5 great | Alabaster Jones | January 2nd 14 | I suppose if the term ?Stoner Rap? is acceptable, then Domo Genesis is probably one of the more famous artists within it, and his debut shows why. Domo's ganja-obessed, smooth lyrics combine effortlessly with some cloudy production by fellow Odd Future members Tyler, The Creator, Left Brain, and Syd Tha Kyd. Tyler drops a couple of nice verses as well, best exemplified with Domo in the jab-trading song,?Super Market?. The subject matter is a bit samey, but overall this is a decent release, one that would only be built upon by Domo Genesis.

| 2.5 average | BiOZed | November 9th 11 | Really disappointed with this. Kinda enjoyed 'Super Market' and 'StreamRoller', but the other tracks didn't blow me or get me bored.

| 4.0 excellent | Fort23 | October 9th 10 | OKAy so even though Jasper the Dolphin is obviously the best rapper in OF, this does not mean that Rolling Papers is anything to ignore, in fact, it's a fucking sin. The record brims with brautiful, yet stoner-friendly prodcution from Wolf Haley and Left Brain, and Domo throws it all out there with his thick, punchline filled flow. This album is about weed.
