Typical Adam Young, put to an acoustic sound. Ocean Eyes sucked, this is just Adam Young putting out another album to make money.
To be honest, if you were a die hard Adam Young fan, you would've already had most of these songs on your ipod, years earlier.

This album is as good, if not better, than most of the Owl City catalogue.r

Created a couple years before Owl City, Adam Young had this modest little acoustic project known as Sky Sailing, just including a guitar, piano, and synth. If you're a fan of any of Adam Young's work than this music is for you, and it often feels like it is better than some of Owl City's work.

Where Owl City is abstract pop, Sky Sailing takes that with an acoustic turn. This is what is, in my opinion, an incredible album that's consistently enjoyable from start to finish. The best tracks are the ones that tell tales, such as 'Explorers' or 'Brielle', while the more uptempo tracks are still easy to get into and enjoy.rThe instrumentation is beautiful, which can be expected, seeing as Adam Young's production talents aren't often questioned. The result is an album that's slipped under the radar but is deserving of far more.

Like a soft sigh, Young's acoustic side project lives up to its name and is perfect for sleeping to. It's also great for relaxing drives on sunny days, playing in the background while writing, and just generally chillin'. Featuring more mature and melancholy songwriting than anything in his Owl City project, I'd be curious to see him release another LP under this moniker.

Owl City in an acoustic style with a slightly more melancholy vibe. Still unbearably gay-and yea you should love every damn minute of this.

Just like Owl City yet very different. Hard to believe this was before Owl City's time as rit's improved in many ways. Seems like it would have been a natural progression for Adam, rbut nonetheless, it's an interesting and fun album.
