Mind bogglingly heavy. Some of the the chunkiest and grooviest 8 eight string guitar playing you will ever hear. The guitarist, Josh Travis, is like Tosin Abasi gone wrong. He is a monster guitar player and everyone should check him out. Although a tad repretitive, The "DUN DUN DUN [insert-high-pitched-dissonant-shredding-here]" riff template NEVER gets old! The grooves are just so fun, badass and at times even humorous just because of how incredibly over-the-top they are. Every track has moments of sheer monstrous riffage, but the highlights are Yippie-kay-yay Mother!@#$%^, I am Sammy Jankis, Passenger 57 and 12-21-12. Although a weak opening track, it is solid album all the way to the end. After multiple listens, this is so close to 5 that it is ridiculous. I know this is not perfect or life changing in any way, but it just makes even bands like Meshuggah and Converge seem tame in comparison.

This album was one of my my most dramatic changes in my music palate. I had never experienced such beautiful musical ideas being mixed together in such a finely tuned chaotic twister. This is Danza at their best. Most are in the right that this music can be pretty unoriginal to the veteran metalcore listener, but for me personally; this was my first intro to any of these elements. They are (and probably always will be) my favorite. Long live Danza, forever.

Really, a great piece of brutal. The sheer rawness of it all really comes through. The 8-stringy goodness accompanied by high-pitched notes and tapping is such a paradox in itself...but it works.

Combining atmosphere, technicality, and brutal -core elements, Danza III is the noisiest, most chaotic, ear-popping monster of an album you'll hear all year. Problems one might have with the album is the limited vocal range. On the first listen, every song may seem to blend in, but as you continue to listen, you discover many differences, specifically on the guitar. The way Josh Travis uses an 8-string is different, but mind-blowing at the same time.

Tony Danza's best effort thus far is one which revolves around mind-jarring shifts, technicality, and abrasive sonic textures. More than just your average mathcore record, but not that much more. You see, it's still very hard to take seriously, but yet the music conflicts this easy-going image with its commonplace style.
