Maybe it's because I've listened to so much post-rock that the expected crescendos and waves are no longer interesting to me. This album is just... whatever. There's nothing noteworthy. I've heard it all before and so, quite frankly, it was a borefest. Not bad in any way, though. This would be a great starter album, along with something from Explosions in the Sky, for someone who's never really experienced post-rock.

After quite a few listens, this is a solid 4. It's an excellent album with tons of replay value... If you can find it.
