Nice album, but to much ripp off for me. All the songs remind me of great artists of the past like Queen, CSN and Neil Young. That as such is not really a problem (although the obvious Queen rip offs in the opening song are just annoying) but it's the lack of a certain authenticity in emotion that keeps this album from touching my heart. It's a nice album, well executed and with a bunch of great songs and bunch of mediocre songs. Nothing more, nothing less

Sounds like it could come from the 80's, is confusing as hell, and is pretty much the last thing I'd think I'd expect from an album called "Destroyer of the Void", but you know what? As the last few tracks ticked by, this thing really started growing on me! Definitely not the pinnacle of cutting edge music, but I'm definitely keeping this one around. 4.1/5
