This is perfection incarnate when it comes to music in my opinion. Far surpassing the likes of Traced In Air, Jane Doe, The Holy Bible, Blackwater Park, or any other Sputnik-Appointed classics, I find myself entranced every single time i listen to Trophy Scars' breakthrough EP. Jerry is a god.

The lyrics in this are beyond ridiculous, but they are simply too fun and are delivered perfectly, and lets get real the music is prolly the best spastic post hxc ever made. I've been listening too this for a long time, and I finally realize how perfect it is. Sorry Trophy Scars noobs, this is their crowning achievement, their magnum opus by a mile. And Jerry is a mad man on here 5/5

Basically a just a great post-hardcore/screamo EP. The 25 minute run-time really helps it; it's long enough to have substance, but not too long that it drags on and becomes repetitive (something sadly all too common in the genre). It's not the greatest music ever made, but it's a long-shot from being the worst and could help some casual P-HxC listeners in getting into the real dissonance and experimental-ness of most Skramz. Overall a good album for casual listening. 3.8/5

The sound of a post-hardcore band finding their roots and stumbling over them along the way. Tracks like the opener are completely useless while the predictability of the entire EP is pretty disappointing. Luckily, tracks like "... And That's Where They Found My Body" are found, full of tempo shifts - and there's even a spanish-inspired part to "Hair-Trigger Flamenco." Moments like these allow Trophy Scars's Hospital Music to stand out from the waves of predictable, cliche post-hardcore music. At least for a little while.
