Perhaps the innovation is due to so many forces behind this record, or perhaps its the reinvention of some of Mane's worst tracks that makes this album so... refreshing? I don't know. I don't really give a fuck. Pitchfork and I both love it, so pick it up.

Diplo is a master remixer/genre fuser, and gathers many electronic DJ's from many different subgenres to remix various Gucci Mane songs. From the ambient "Break Yourself" remix by Diplo to the leftfield remix of "Photoshoot" by Flying Lotus, many electronica styles are offered up on this rehash. Of course, Gucci Mane's flow and voice are altered accordingly, and he sounds pretty good. Who woulda though this would work? This is a solid 3.3/5. Check out "Break Yourself (Diplo Remix)," "Dope Boys (Bird Peterson Remix)" and "My Shadow (Salem Remix)" for the best tracks on this.
