Very mid but this was shaping up to be an abomination. It's not as bad as expected but even good Foo Fighters is very mid.

Your Favorite Toy is a noisy and album. Noted for it high-octane, back-to-basics character, its a follow-up to the band's grief-stricken 2023 record But Here We. It leans heavily into fast-paced, unpolished garage and hardcore punk, trading the sorrowful reflection of their previous work for raw, speaker-crackling catharsis. Although I found some hooks here and there, the album did not get my attention, with "Window" the only notable track.

Honestly not the worst thing theyve done, I actually enjoyed the first couple tracks but the mix is a little dull and the songs all start to blend together after a while. Not terrible by any stretch, but a bit too anemic to make me want to come back
