3.9?? Are you kidding me, this was a stunning album, I was blown away! Sure, it wasn't the usual upbeat and jazzy Beck, but damn, it was so emotional and moving. A beautiful album with some brilliant subtle guitar playing that's almost reminiscent of post rock at times. The only thing that puts it down for me are the vocals, but that's just a very minor glitch in Jeff Beck's most powerful album in many years.
