Listened to this album a whole lot over the
last month, ever since it came out while I was
travelling through Japan. The first time I
heard the opener Hoshiakari it absolutely blew
me away and instantly became one of my
favorite hololive songs. The rest of the album
is also pretty good ranging from other tracks
I love like Hot Duck! to some more bland idol
pop stuff. The good thing is that it always
remains incredibly upbeat and positive, Subaru
just has that energy and perfectly transports
it with her singing. The oozora police closer
is also fun. I've had a hard time deciding
between a 3.5 and 4.0 on this one but ended up
at a solid 4.0 after some more jamming.
Enjoyed the album experience quite a bit more
than I thought I would initially. Definitely
check out Hoshiakari and starlight, those are
some of the brightest, most uplifting idol
rock jams I've ever heard.
