Deathcore, scenecore and melodic death metal nicely combined. Strangely accessible and very fun.

Deathcore sound that's fresh from the early 00's, with hardcore and metalcore influences, ie the Acacia Strain or Suicide Silence. While that may be an automatic turn off for some, it's done well and was an enjoyable listen. Lyrics, far from cringe, revolve around a character whose psychological state deteriorates throughout the album and are at times, amusing and intelligent.
