This is progressive death metal that sits more on the progressive metal side without losing the fundamentals of death metal. The album kind of has a morose sci-fi vibe to it that is cool. The music is great and the harsh vocals are good too, but the clean vocals need just a little bit of work. With better clean vocals, this could be a 4 or higher.
