Asian Glow's formula of nostalgic emo noise indietronica is once more carried by dense and layered soundscapes, but this time the real MVP is the drumming performance - way more engaging than usual for them. Not all tracks manage to deliver the vivid crescendos AG has accustomed us to, but the ones that leverage the emotional buildup into big explosions are peak modern emogaze.
