Why rely so much on repetition and your faceless guests, when your core identity and musical expression suffers this much as a result? Disappointing album and a genuinely baffling move for the mundane. Bump

DJ Koze leans really hard into his whimsical, off-kilter side on Music Can Hear Us - but this time at the expense of the dancefloor. The textures are lush, but much of the propulsive energy that made Knock Knock or Amygdala so engaging is subdued here. Bump
