| 4.5 superb | c0nf1n3d | June 2nd 25 | Structurally, 'Stressed' on Silverstein's EP "Antibloom" (dig the name) borrows structurally and musically from Bad Omens' 'Artificial Suicide' - not an imitation by any means, but there's influence here; something that reverberates throughout the EP. Luckily, "Antibloom" is Silverstein's best outing in years, with catchy choruses that repeat hooks; drilling notes into your mind to echo on replay mentally for days in songs like 'Don't Let Me Get Too Low' and 'Confession'. It's a listen that never drags, even on something like 'A Little Fight', which feels less like 1-minute filler over a concrete idea that doesn't need expansion. As of writing, it's unknown if the follow-up "Pink Moon" will be as strong as this, but even if that one isn't as strong, the collection as a whole will still be a very strong 2025 for Silverstein.

| 0.0 | JimFear | February 21st 25 | "Is this supposed to be an album...? It's 8 songs and 23 minutes long which is pretty standard EP
territory for this type of music. It's fine, better than their last few but still not really good
enough to make up for the lack of length."
it's part of a double album. second half 'Pink Moon' releases later in the year. also the runtime
isn't really out of the ordinary for punk/hardcore.
