Dave Gahan, is that you? Since when have you been fronting an electro band? Vocally, Cryo is incredible. Not only does the singer manage to imitate a mature Gahan voice, but he also manages to capture the rich sensuality that Depeche Mode always had. Unfortunately, the voice is not enough to save this album as the backing music is terribly boring. Simple can be very effective at times, but given the mood of this album, music a little more complicated is required.
