holy shiet this is gorgeousrbumping this to a 5 after a few spins simply because this seems to completely change my state of mind and being as rsoon as I put it on

Though I may personally like the more guitar driven approach of Thymiamatascension, it's completely clear that this new album is just on another level with it's songwriting, production and cohesiveness. rMight be the most lush record that he's ever made. Might 5 this after spinning it throughout the Fall.

The ideas are there for an interesting experimental Americana and classical record. But the execution of this album is severely lacking. The droning violin can be a bit much especially for how much of a role it plays. Plus the length of each track and the album as a whole is just too much for how little the album engages me.
