I thought the band broke up?well the groups fourth album and newest album after 7 years sees the band diverting away from their longstanding alt-pop style for a much more grab bag approach. ?Paradise State of Mind? serves up all sorts of indie pop and synthpop ideas from neo-psychedelia and progressive pop to synth funk and dance-pop. The album definitely has some highlights but it also has some duds. Still it?s exciting to see the band kind of take a stab at the dark with various new sounds. Hope to see things flushed out more into the future.
