Resort starts off like one wakes up: hazily. The first few tracks continue with that soothing character only to pick up the pace halfway through. This makes for a great journey across the catalog of one hell of a producer - everything here attains a gorgeous level of layered lushness. Bump

Skee Mask?s version of IDM has always been one that either sticks the landing completely or misses the mark by some bit. On their newest LP, ?Resort? I sense Skee Mask going back to his chilling and isolated style that they present on 2018?s ?Compro? and 2016?s ?Shred?. With ambient techno underpinnings skipping across theee frozen feeling ambient passages. Definitely give it a try if you want some chilling IDM for those hot summer days.
