Might be their weirdest record from a music standpoint. They're doing more accessible structures, but whatever they're putting in them is just...fucking odd. Love it.

The boys are fucking back with a vengeance after the monstrosity that was Garden of Burning Apparitions. This is a 25 minute assault of hardcore punk, blackened grind and nasty sludge that is sure to tear you a new asshole. Glad they're back on track.

It's a 4 like all Full Of Hell albums. The slight variations from album to album keep them all relevant and fresh. Great Band overall. Fanboy here. I love the chaotic character of the previous one a little bit more than the punk on this one.

As long as Full of Hell has a knack for writing good riffs and features one of the best heavy music vocalists on the planet, they will likely not disappoint those who are looking for some noisy grindcore. Perhaps the best thing about 'Coagulated Bliss' is the pacing. The album starts off with a set of signature FoH slammers ('Half Life of Changelings' being a highlight) but then slows down for the excellent 'Bleeding Horizon', which resets the mood and prepares the listener for a fiery, chaotic finish. 'Gasping Dust' is a standout in this section of the record. A bit less noisy and murky than in the past production-wise but the fundamentals still hold up very well with a cleaner mix.

Love the converge vibes, love the return to punk riffs, some of the songs are complete assbeaters, but also contains a smattering of riffs and elements that are huge swing-and-a-miss situations. Who the fuck thought it would be a good idea to end a grind album with a lonely saxophone melody

Coagulated bliss is somewhere between just another Full of Hell record and the absolute genius of trumpeting ecstasy. After a few listens I?m not sure exactly where on the spectrum lies, but this is a good improvement over the last two.
