| 3.5 great | Antonius | June 2nd 25 | The Graveyard Train?s one and only release happens to be one of the most criminally underrated and under the radar albums I have listened to. Frank Scimeca (bass) and Robert Iezzi (drums) formed this band from the ashes of Angora. Having recruited the relatively unknown Los Angeles residents Todd Griffin (vocals) and Bruce Draper (guitar), they went on to create an interesting, blues-driven, sleazy sound with southern elements and glam rock influenced vocals. A hybrid of Black Crows-meets-Cinderella for the experienced ones, a blend of Goodbye June and Dirty Honey for the modern chaps. Recommendations: "Down to the Wire", "Memphis #999", "Walking the Line", "Salvation Psalm"
