A 20 year old album that feels its age. Amy Lee carries the album over the standard hard rock styling with her admittedly talented vocals but as the album wears on it becomes evident that the band has a very slim sound palette and the songs blur and morph together into the symphonic goth rock album that dominated 20 years before. The remastered material is hardly noticeable and the deluxe additions feel like afterthoughts than actual music worth celebrating. r
