| 2.5 average | GamamJ | June 20th 20 | A group of musicians with so much potential, yet a mosrly generic peoduct with awful vocals is spawned. Steve DiGiorgio of Death and Control Denied join forces again in a super-group, however it is ruined by one of the so called «super»-members in Owens, who?s vocals are trash. Much like Control Denied, the actual music is pretty damn good, and Christy especially is amazing. DiGiorgio and Suwcof too throw down some nice fills and solos respectively, but it is not enough. What we end up with is a half-baked Control Denied with even worse vocals.

| 4.0 excellent | keyserfunk | February 8th 10 | Richard Christy's "superband" plays an aggressive, heavy, and melodic brand of hybrid metal that causes involuntary head banging and regular repeat plays. The best characteristics of several genres are present and accounted for. CWOTD deftly leaves no stone unturned in their approach to bringing the soaring vocals and lyrics of power metal, the intricate rhythms interwoven with wicked double-bass drumming of progressive/technical death metal, and the lead guitar work (to include blistering solos) and choruses of traditional thrash. Really an excellent release.
