Carl ily bro but that Majesties album absolutely tears this to shreds. This is as run of the mill as melodeath gets right here.

ATG and Jester Race/Whoracle era In Flames worship with a bit more grit than that Majesties record from 2023

Good record but agree with the "unfortunate mix" thing someone else had. Decent Swedeath guitar tones but overall doesn't quite work for their style IMO. Some solid riffs though, and I'm honestly just happy to have some passable new melodeath coming out.

A solid release from a promising band that's let down by an unfortunate mix, kind of unmemorable songwriting and a level of hype no one could really live up to.

Really wanted to love this but the vocals are like nails on a chalkboard to these grumpy old ears. I know the guitar work is amazing but I won't be able to really listen to this until there's an instrumental release.
