This is so booooooooooring. There are far more interesting death/doom albums out there.

I hope this unfolds much more. Advent Of Wounds is just better in most aspects (4.5 from me). This one here has some parts that border on being boring. A few times I had to stop after "Once Was God" because there are moments that don't do it for me.
Also I like the deep growls on the new album much more, and they're more effective there. The riffs on AoW blow the ones on Leprous Daylight away and are much more memorable for me.
I don't know how many spins I need with this one to click, with Advent Of Wounds it was 2 listens and I already loved it.
